The Rice Company übernimmt Rechte und Pflichten im Zusammenhang mit offenen Ein- und Verkaufs-(teil)-kontrakten, soweit Verladungen gegen diese bis zum 6. Dezember 2002 nicht erfolgt sind. The Rice Company gibt ferner bekannt, daß die Herren Ludwig Günther und Burghard Jürgensen, Hamburg und Donald P. Morrison, Fairfield, Connecticut mit Wirkung vom 6. Dezember 2002 für The Rice Company tätig sind, und das Handels- und Abladegeschäft mit Futtermitteln für die Krohn Division der Rice Company durchführen. In den USA tätigt The Rice Company ihr Futtermittel und Nebenprodukte Geschäft unter dem Namen The Rice Company - Krohn Division, in Europa unter dem Namen  The Rice Company (Suisse) S.A. - Krohn Division. Marketing- und Logistik-Aktivitäten der Krohn Division werden unterstützt von der TRC-Krohn, Gesellschaft für Marketing und Logistik mbH., Hamburg, als Agent für The Rice Company - Krohn Division.
